Liam Hope 5 Report post Posted January 9, 2012 (edited) Whilst out walking my dog over the weekend down the meadows I stumbled upon a pile of Chronicle newspapers dated the 15 December 2011(see attached photograph). Obviously the little scamps who get paid to deliver these newspapers could not be bothered to do so. I have sent the photo to MWA who distribute the paper and I am awaiting there response!. neo 6 Report post Posted January 9, 2012 From your picture there appears to be a lot of papers in that pile. Are they all the same edition or it is a regular dumping spot?
Liam Hope 5 Report post Posted January 9, 2012 The ones on the top were all dated the same I didnt fancy having a dig around to find other dates. I have had a response from MWA (The Chronicle) and the say they will investigate!!

Simple Simon 36 Report post Posted January 10, 2012 Last year I found a load dumped in the Shropshire Council wheelie bin just outside the pavilion car park, and I've heard reports that issues have been dumped in the High Lea area of Oswestry. Having said all that, I've seen really young kids with trollies delivering them, so perhaps the Chronicle should take a long hard look at their distributors and the conditions they work in. MarkB 4 Report post Posted June 27, 2012 (edited) Apologies for dragging up old posts but new here but feel i have to comment. News on the grapevine was that the "Little scamps" actually turned out to be an adult. Its a shame that the youngsters, who in my opinion do a good job, generally get the blame when issues such as this arise.
