Big Local - What's been happening?

Haven't seen any posts or events from Big Local recently, any updates to what has been happening?

No Idea!  I regularly check the web site http://www.big-local.org/  but there hasn't been anything posted there either in ages  Rumours are that some money has been released from the £1 million, so I wonder what that is being spent on?  Does anyone know?

There's an update article in the Winter issue of the Selattyn & Gobowen Parish Roundabout. A colour version will be uploaded to this site shortly.

 

I also understand that a private meeting will be held in early December. Other than that, I cannot help.

There was to be a partners meeting in December but this has been cancelled as Nick Heard is critically ill in a specialist hospital in London.

 

We have applied for money to appoint an Administrator (to replace David Boyce) but have to wait for confirmation from Local Trust before the advert can go out.

 

The partners will meet again in the New Year when hopefuly Nick will atleast be back home in Shropshire.
