Couldn't think of a title for this week, training has been a little bit less than normal this week, Valentines day and other commitments took priority.
Got in a couple of runs, which are going pretty well, (averaging close to 7minute 30 second mile now) just one trip to the gym. Turbo training was a pretty good session this week, burning nearly 1200kcals! Managed to squeeze in an hour ride on the roads before watching the pro's show us how its done on the track.
So all in all, not a bad week training wise and another 0.5kg lighter. Want to see if I can drop another 2kg by the end of the month...... that only gives me 9 days but I should be able to get some decent training in this week although its England against Wales in the 6 nations and Carling Cup final on Sunday.... actually that 2kg is looking less likely!
