Robmit 7 Report post Posted March 31, 2013 My friend Sarah-Charlotte Peace was very seriously injured injured by a car hitting her some months ago in Oswestry and is still having to undergo hospital treatment. In nspite of the trauma and pain of the accident Sarah-Charlotte has promotetd a campaign to reduce the maxumum legally permitted speed in towns and villages to 20 MPH.
