Community Online 65 Report post Posted November 18, 2013 Woodland Trust has over 3000 free tree packs to give away to schools, community and youth groups next Spring. Apply before 10th January 2014 or the chance to receive a free pack to plant next year. Simple Simon 36 Report post Posted November 19, 2013 Yes, this gets my support. There's a guy moved into a house close by just over a year ago. There's a Cherry Blossom Tree on the front lawn and one of the first things he did was lobb chunks off it with a hacksaw. And is just about survived, managing to glow long thin branches in the spring with a little bit of blossom. Yesterday he was at it again with the hacksaw. I don't hold out much hope for it.
