Guest Report post Posted November 27, 2012 Ifton Colliery Band Fantastic result winning the 4th section at the Northern Open and best soloist for our flugal. Massive thank you to everyone for the hard work put in over the last few weeks and to our MD Stephen Curtis for helping us put together a performance which we can all be proud of. Onwards and Upwards, see you all at rehearsal this Wednesday 8pm! Don't forget training band for all ages 6.15 every Wednesday, as long as your at least 7 years of age and can still take a breath, whether you are a total beginner or have played before, you are welcome to come along and join us. Guest Report post Posted December 2, 2012 Yes thank you, Northern Open result was excellent for us. Wednesday training sessions started well, up to ten learners from 7 to 65. We have good tutors and there is room for many more learners. Remember it doesn't matter what your age or ability, just come along and enjoy yourself.
