BEWARE! CMA - Child Mint Addiction

Recommended Posts

Mint addiction in children is a growing problem and poses a terrible new threat to our community. Symptoms include deterioration in communication skills usually in terms of loud, sometimes aggressive behaviour and poor motor co-ordination followed by feelings of listlessness and nausea.

As the evenings grow lighter parents may be unaware of the activities of their siblings. Does your offspring spend long hours on the playing field with a small group of friends? When they return is their speech pattern slurred and does their breath smell strongly of peppermint? Classic indications of Child Mint Addiction.

Children with the disorder usually congregate in child friendly public areas such as the playing field. They meet in small groups and develop an urgent and compulsive desire to talk loudly to each other whilst smashing empty alcohol bottles around the play equipment.

Next time your sibling begs for an Extra Strong bag of Mint Imperials – Resist. Together we can stamp out this new menace.
