Allan, I'm curious when you say 'I am actually waiting for a form to be sent from the council.' Presumably it's in electronic form and could be posted here, or emailed to you and you could post it here? Clearly a few people might want to make use of it.

Forum members might be interested in an 'odyssey around the country,' by activist and writer John Popham, 'highlighting the problems of rural communities which suffer from poor, or non-existent, broadband connectivity.'
