Back to it....
After two lazy weeks of doing nothing over Christmas I thought it was time to get back training properly.
So I kicked off with a 3 mile trail run around the area, haven't run for probably 10 weeks so it was a bit of a shock to the system and pretty slow,although I am going to blame that on the 13 stiles I jumped over ;)
So thats the first session over with, might get out on the bike tomorrow and have a decent week training next week.
