Every year I do the same, I think its because you have to enter Chirk triathlon so early (6 months) that I think the triathlon is way off and suddenly it just 3 weeks to go, hmmm I am ready?

Well I have probably trained more than any other year, got the aerowheels and the pointy aero helmet, (yes they do look daft! :wacko: ) so I guess I should be, just don't quite feel that way. Only one way to find out, Sunday 15th April will reveal all.

I also said way back in January that I wanted to be 13kg lighter, well as off today I am 10kg lighter so not too far off.

I also have some more goodies on the way in the post, some tri specific cycle shoes, new pedals and new tri shorts :)
